Aly has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry, including a background in Sports Medicine and Public Health. She has an MS in Health Science/ Health Administration and a BA in Kinesiology/Athletic Training, both from Cal State University Northridge.
As a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Cal State Northridge, Aly was responsible for the prevention and care of athletic related injuries as well as strength and conditioning programs.
In addition to training and coaching, Aly is an adjunct faculty at The New York Film Academy in Burbank where she teaches Physical Health & Mental Wellness and Anatomy & Physiology, classes.
She is also a Master Trainer for REVO2LUTION RUNNINGTM - a professional running education program which offers a science-based certification. Aly was awarded the Youth Advocate of the Year award in 2008 by the National Alliance of Women Business Owners for her efforts to combat childhood obesity, and she has served as an ambassador for Lululemon Athletica, in addition to serving on the Westlake Village Cultural Advisory Board.
Her passion is educating and inspiring others, to look good, and feel great so they can live their lives to the fullest!
Annie, originally from Richmond VA, has been in the Fitness Industry since 2009. She specializes in Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercises and Fat-loss. She has worked with a hand full of celebrities, CEOs, as well as clients of all needs, goals and ages. As a new mom of twin boys she understands the importance of health, fitness and family. Growing up she competed in soccer competitively; now she enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking and being outdoors in nature.
Her certifications include: National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM), Performance Enhancement Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, National Exercises & Sports Trainer Association (NESTA), Trigger Point Performance Certified, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Certificate in Exercise Nutrition, CPR & AED Certified.

A former college softball player at UCLA, Nicole has worked in the fitness industry for over 20years. A former professional wrestler for television, Nicole also works as an actor. Her work has vacillated from private training to group fitness to serve as a fitness expert for television and commercials. Nicole’s enthusiasm to help her clients achieve their goals is of the utmost importance.
Rehabilitation, functional training, and body sculpting are Nicole’s passions. One of her mottos is, “If you change nothing, nothing will change”.
Raquel Karidis Cunningham
"Movement is both necessary and beautiful."
Raquel graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Exercise and Sports Science. She moved to NYC and began personal training with Equinox at Greenwich Ave while continuing to play water polo with TNYA.
Raquel was introduced to Triathlons and found the combination of her swim/water polo background, Pilates, kettlebells, and strength training to be a beautiful training strategy.
After training in NYC and completing the full comprehensive Pilates Apparatus through the PhysicalMind Institute she moved back home to the Conejo Valley. She has gone on to complete StrongFirst Kettlebell L1, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Level 3,
Precision Nutrition L1, and Brianna Battles' Pregnancy and Post Partum Athleticism course. After suffering her own spinal fracture and returning back to an active lifestyle Raquel aims to pull from different movement disciplines to help people return to their life whether it be recovering from an injury, weight loss, or athletic performance.
Raquel is also currently working with the Tourette’s Association to create a program to help children with Tourette's Syndrome learn to manage their motor tics through customized exercise.
